Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Xin Dong application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Community Guidelines & Zero Tolerance Policy

Xin Dong operates a zero tolerance policy for abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or offensive behaviour of any kind. Violations will result in immediate and permanent account termination without refund.

All interactions are monitored by AI moderation systems. Users found to be in breach of our Community Guidelines will be banned without warning.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). All payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, messages, profile information). By uploading content, you grant Xin Dong a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute your content within the App for the purpose of providing the service.

You must not upload content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Impersonating another person or creating fake profiles
• Sending spam, unsolicited commercial communications, or scam messages
• Using the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempting to circumvent security measures or access other users' accounts
• Scraping, data mining, or using bots on the platform

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Xin Dong shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes from using the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or our Community Guidelines. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
